What this site records, and what it does not

Analytics

Pages carry two measurement tools, both provided by third parties:

• Google Analytics 4 records page views, approximate location derived from the IP address, referring source, device type and on-page events such as link clicks and scroll depth. Google may set cookies for this purpose.
• Microsoft Clarity records aggregated interaction data — clicks, scrolling and page rendering — to show where a page is hard to read. It is configured without collecting the content of any text you type, because there is nowhere on this site to type.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics records page views without cookies, as part of serving the site.

These records are not linked to a name or an e-mail address, because the site never asks for one.

What you send me by e-mail or WhatsApp

When you write to the addresses on the contact page, I receive whatever you choose to send — your name, company, country, drawings, dimensions and any files attached. That correspondence is used to answer your enquiry and, if a project follows, to prepare the drawings and documents it needs. It is kept in the company mailbox and is not added to a marketing list, sold, or passed to another party for their own use.

If you want a copy of what you sent deleted, write to warehouse@hongjishunda.com and say which correspondence. Anything required for an active order or by accounting rules has to be kept until that obligation ends.

Cookies

No cookies are set to identify you. The analytics tools above may set their own first-party cookies; blocking them does not prevent the pages from working. Your browser settings control them.
